Questions
What does it cost the organizer?
Nothing. Events, tickets, check-in, POS, emails and the dashboard are free. Buyers pay a small service fee on paid tickets bought online, shown before payment. Free tickets and cash orders carry no fee.
Can I decide who gets in before the night?
Yes, three ways. An access code makes a tier or the whole event invisible without it. Invitations send free QR tickets to a list you paste. The approval workflow holds every order until you approve it; buyers pay only once approved, so a declined order is never charged.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard) online. Cash for tickets issued by your team from the terminal app.
How do buyers receive their tickets?
By email as soon as payment is confirmed, each with a unique QR code, and in the Tunis Events app under My tickets.
When can I withdraw my funds?
Immediately after each sale, from Organization > Cashouts, once your organization is verified. An invoice is generated for every cashout.
Can I run free and paid events?
