Oudhna, Ben Arous
Uthina, 30 km south-west of Tunis in the fertile Oued Miliane valley, was founded as a Roman colony at the end of the 1st century BC. Visitors can see its capitol, an amphitheatre for about 16,000 people, large two-level public baths and mosaic houses such as the House of Ikarios.
